2022ASCO大会上，国内一个神奇的科室

2022 ASCO

一年一度的ASCO会议，是全球肿瘤医生翘首期盼的放榜时刻，大家都在热烈讨论每个领域的口头发言，壁报讨论和壁报，只有最前沿的，最具突破性的研究才有可能入选，口头发言更是每年一个瘤种一般不超过10个，壁报讨论不超过15个，无疑是优中选优。也是全球肿瘤研发实力一次国家队比拼。

泌尿与黑色素瘤内科

同一年获得1个大会发言+ 4篇壁报讨论+5个壁报，这样的奇迹会发生在一个小小的科室吗？告诉你，还真有这么一个神奇的科室，它就是北京大学肿瘤医院泌尿与黑色素瘤内科，一个有点神奇的团队。

这个团队，始载于建立于2005年底，成立之初，作为科室创建人的郭军教授当年去美国参加ASCO大会的时候，被国外同行开玩笑似的说：你们中国对黑色素瘤领域基本就是零贡献！听完之后，郭军教授脸上虽未动声色，但暗暗紧咬牙关，发誓要改变这种现状。

自此后，郭军教授带领全科同志，从规范诊疗做起，结合亚洲人群的特殊性，锚定国际热点，开展有中国特色的临床研究，包括大部分研究者发起的临床研究，同时狠抓转化性研究，做到基础和临床有机结合，一步一步踏踏实实的耕耘……，其实这个科室并没有多大的规模，也就医生17名，研究人员3名，护士21名，床位也仅仅32张，但却培养了一大批国内知名的优秀中青年学者，如斯璐、盛锡楠、崔传亮、孔燕等。

建科17年，17年磨一剑，目前该科室在历年ASCO大会上代表中国已获得5次黑色素瘤大会口头报告，在国内所有瘤种的研究中位居前列。科室作为国内外牵头PI领导的临床试验，也已经让国内外9种抗肿瘤新药获得国家药监局批准上市，目前在研项目近50项……

继2021年郭军教授被推选为国际黑色素瘤协会Melanoma World Society （MWS）的副主席之后，2022年再次被推举担任欧洲肿瘤年会（ESMO）黑色素瘤与皮肤肿瘤分会场主席，是欧洲肿瘤年会黑色素瘤与皮肤肿瘤成首个当选的非欧洲籍教授。

“医生是什么，是上苍派来的使者，是上苍借医生的手去救助苍生……这一辈子，能做点有意义的事，比如，能给患者带来新药，带来更好的治疗办法，为国际医学领域做出一点点中国人的贡献……”

这些话，郭军教授常说。这也是激励这个科室一直走下去的原动力，这些话也植入到了团队每个人的DNA当中……

期待这个神奇的科室，为人类黑色素瘤，特别是亚洲的黑色素瘤患者提供更好的解决方案。
