2026年世界肺癌大会（WCLC）于当地时间9月12日至15日在韩国首尔盛大召开。作为全球肺癌领域的顶级学术盛会，多项重磅研究在此期间集中亮相。在HER2突变非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）领域，新一代高选择性HER2酪氨酸激酶抑制剂（TKI）宗艾替尼（Zongertinib）已凭借Beamion LUNG-1研究的突破性数据，获得美国FDA与中国NMPA批准，用于HER2 TKD突变晚期NSCLC的一线治疗，其全文已发表于《新英格兰医学杂志》 [1,2] ，宗艾替尼正在重塑HER2突变NSCLC的治疗格局。本次WCLC披露了多项宗艾替尼获得性耐药机制分析数据，这些发现为临床实践提供了重要启示。值此盛会之际，本文特邀 中国医学科学院肿瘤医院王燕教授 ，围绕宗艾替尼耐药机制的最新进展，从数据解读到未来治疗策略的优化进行系统剖析。
